PURCHASE INFO/DELIVERIES

General terms of delivery
Only residents of the EC member states can order from our shop. We are from our European site currently not able to deliver outside the European Union. Due to handling costs, we can’t accept any orders under 500.00 SEK.

Ways of delivery
All items will be delivered by the Swedish Post directly to the address you have stated as your delivery address. If you are not available at the address you have stated the Post will send a letter with notice where to get your parcel.

Delivery times
Normal delivery time is 2-8 working days, depending on when your order will be processed, and depending on what country you are ordering from. You will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail. Delivery times are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 08.00 - 17.00. Please note, if the attempts by the Post to deliver to the stated address is unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to Sweden and therefore Hahnenkamm is not liable to refund the freight cost.

Purchase info/Payment Ways of payment at Hahnenkamm, you can pay with credit cards. We currently accept all European cards connected to Visa and Eurocard/MasterCard.

Prices
All prices are stated in SEK. The price on the screen on each article has VAT included but does not include freight charge. Price for freight; please see "Freight charge". Due to handling costs, we cannot accept any orders under 500.00 SEK. Hahnenkamm are not responsible for currency changes/exchange rates that your local bank might have when exchanging into your local currency.

PURCHASE INFO/EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our rules
According to Swedish law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days upon receiving them. Returned garments should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact. When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return freight. We will credit your card as soon as the return is back with us. Original freight cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by Hahnenkamm.

Contact info@hahenkamm.se and write the reason for the return, your order number, and what items you wish to return.

PURCHASE INFO/GENERAL TERMS ALTERATION OF TERMS

If any deviations from our General terms it will be clearly stated in the product information concerned. By clicking "send order" you also accept these deviations.

Personal details According to Swedish law, we must ask you to accept that we handle your personal details. Hahnenkamm will handle all details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage. Hahnenkamm will only use the information given in order to fulfill our undertakings in doing a credit check. Hahnenkamm will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.

Product information Hahnenkamm reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information or on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy.

Other general terms / Force Majeur
If Hahnenkamm fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, Hahnenkamm will not be responsible for the consequences.

Price changes
Hahnenkamm reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of making an order is valid throughout that buying process.

Changes to the assortment
Hahnenkamm reserves the right to change its stock available on the site and the right to take out items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
